Cathy Klukas is an entrepreneur who started her career in lending after finishing her undergraduate Degree in Economics at California State University San Marcos. She served on the Alumni Board and the became President of the Board all while helping hundred's of home buyers in North San Diego County get their loans approved to purchase their homes. Eventually, she pursued her Graduate Degrees and finished her MBA in Marketing, Human Resources, PR, and Management & Leadership all during COVID-19, through Liberty University (a Christian College). Additionally, Cathy participated in Leadership roles in North San Diego Chapter of Gold Wing Road Riders Association, along side her Husband Dan (Retired USMC), raising funds for Toys for Tots, Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, and supported various other charities. Moving to Spokane brought her back to where she was with her family for years. Dan retired from the Marine Corp and loved Spokane so much they put down roots over fifteen years ago. Interestingly, Cathy started selling homes as a Realtor on a new construction site in the West Plains near Cheney, WA. Dan and Cathy worked as a team for 8 years helping hundreds of Spokane area home buyers and home sellers buy and sell their homes. Cathy has also enjoyed providing local home buyer seminars to Law Enforcement and Boarder Patrol families, speaking at Colleges, and using systems to help the purchasing process be easier for her Clients. Purchasing investment homes became a passion of Cathy's because she could help single Mom's have a nice rental home, and the City Programs were a perfect match. Additionally, having won the coveted Millionaire Investor Award from the Carlton Sheets training program, the Quantum Leap Award from the Craig Proctor Coaching Program, Top Producer Awards from RE//MAX of Spokane, Spokane Association of Realtor's and Capper at Keller Williams of Spokane. Currently, Cathy loves helping people realize their dreams of downsizing, or purchasing their first home. So, she has become an eXp Realty of Washington Mentor, and is a Certified Express Offers Realtor to get her clients multiple offers on their homes within 5 days. In Addition, providing information to Realtor's who are open to the eXp Realty opportunity to be her partner and give themselves a raise.
